The New Portal or APP is a hot mess

Very Time consuming to say the least, it seems the new app or portal still has to many bugs.  It is very time consuming and difficult to navigate.  I was hoping for a more of a drop down format with the inspectors in the drivers seat.  As it is now it os to long, to complicated, to disorganized.  

I find it impossible to use the app with the current configuration and the current format for the same money that we get paid for a regular inspection.  It takes the human out of the equation and makes us just data entry technicians.  There is an art to service, diagnosis, and investigations.

  1. I tried that new portal and man ...who wants to sit and ohm out parts when you're there for hail damage? Like you said we are getting as much as a "Service Call" to run these claims in our slow times or when it's convenient for us! I'm not sitting on a job, fumbling with an app that WON"T let you skip completely useless information section!
    I just did 4 units the other day for hail damage...some public Adjuster trying to scam a insurance company! the units were for 1999 one from 2012...yet seemed to be all working which blew my mind cause anything on a roof for 10 years takes a real beating! needless to say i seen normal wear and tear marks on the units that I wouldn't call hail damage, but if I had to use the app that 225.00 dollar job which took 1/2 hour would have been a 4 hour job that i just lost huge money on?
